What materials are your name signs made from?
Our nursery name signs are crafted from high quality 4mm MDF wood. 

Is the paint safe?
Yes, the paint we use have gone through rigorous testing and is completely safe. All our paints are EN71-3 certified meaning they are even safe for use on children's toys.

Can I request a custom font?
Yes, please let us know at info@thenamesign.co.uk before ordering and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

How long does it take to make my sign?
We dispatch most orders within 1-2 days.

Can I return my sign?
Due to each sign being custom made we cannot accept a return for unwanted items.

How do I install the sign?
We recommend to use double sided VHB tape to give a flush mounted look against your wall or chosen surface. You can find more tips on hanging your sign here

How do I install separate letters or pieces?
We provide precision cut templates for all orders that have separate letters or pieces to ensure accurate spacing during fitting.

Are the signs suitable for outdoors?
We do not recommend to use the signs outdoors. 

Can you produce custom sizes?
