Cancellations
As our items are made to order, we begin processing your order quickly.
If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations or changes may not be possible once production have began.
Personalised Items
Our personalised products are made to your specific requirements and cannot be resold once returned, therefor we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items.
We kindly ask that you carefully check all details including spelling, sizing, and design choices on the visual proof that we provide to you after placing your order.
Non-Personalised Items
We accept returns on non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging
Please contact us before returning your item so we can advise you further on the return process.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos where possible.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
